AtlantiCare is seeking an Employee Relations Manager with at least 3 years of human resources experience to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for providing leadership to the employee relations and equal employment process within the campus offices.
  • Identifies specific behaviors, incidents and consequences within employee relation and equal employment issues and makes sound recommendations.
  • Consistently demonstrates knowledge of established policies and procedures, and maintains the issue resolution and grievance process.
  • Reviews all disciplinary actions and assessment and evaluation tools to identify trends and developmental needs within the divisions.
  • Supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts, and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources/Labor Relations preferred.
  • 3-5 years of human resources experience.
