AtlantiCare is seeking an Employee Relations Manager with at least 3 years of human resources experience to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing leadership to the employee relations and equal employment process within the campus offices.
Identifies specific behaviors, incidents and consequences within employee relation and equal employment issues and makes sound recommendations.
Consistently demonstrates knowledge of established policies and procedures, and maintains the issue resolution and grievance process.
Reviews all disciplinary actions and assessment and evaluation tools to identify trends and developmental needs within the divisions.
Supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts, and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.
Master's degree in Human Resources/Labor Relations preferred.
3-5 years of human resources experience.
