We are a division of an international non-profit, social service organization. Our suburban setting in Gloucester County, NJ is located 15 minutes from Center City Philadelphia.

This position reflects our mission and values through the management of our buildings, facilities, transportation and purchasing areas. In this role you will:

• Sustain our commitment to people with disabilities by ensuring access and a safe, secure environment.
• Plan, direct and oversee our facilities at our 29-acre Westville Grove, NJ campus and our 9-acre Pittsgrove, NJ campus.
• Manage capital projects and participate in the development of our strategic and expansion plans.
• Encourage a departmental culture that results in excellence, innovation and positive morale.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Seven (7) years mid- to senior-level building and facilities management in a non-profit environment.
• Experience in developing budgets, new projects and writing RFPs.
• Team orientation and commitment to organization’s values and mission.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing buildings and facilities.
• Educational facilities background a plus.
• Membership in related professional association(s).
• Eligibility or certification in school facilities management.
