For nearly 120 years, the Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences Nursing Program has educated women and men who have gone on to serve in a variety of nursing roles within our community and around the globe.

As the academic leader of our Nursing Program, the Director will oversee, support and collaborate with our students, faculty, staff and the broader Reading Hospital community. Specific responsibilities include:

• Promoting an innovative nursing education program
• Ensuring compliance with nursing accreditation agencies and PA State Board of Nursing standards
• Performance management, professional development and hiring of faculty
• Developing/administering operational and capital budgets

Graduate degree in nursing, extensive experience in both clinical and nurse education settings, and nursing education leadership experience are required.
